Quickstart

Every admin page uses the same three-zone shape:

• Z2 (left rail) — list / nav / filters
• Z3 (center) — the main content / edit area
• Z4 (right rail) — context, actions, totals, help

Drag the splitters between zones to resize. Click the chevron on a rail to collapse it.

• Dashboard— first thing in the morning. What’s active right now, what’s next, today’s schedule, staff on shift.
• Bookings — list of every reservation; filter, search, advance through the 7-step pipeline, refund, reschedule
• Calendar / Schedule — visual alternative to Bookings; better for scanning capacity
• Customers— for "who is this person and what’s their history" lookups

• Reports — weekly review of revenue, bookings, customers, refunds
• Shifts — generate next week from the template; tweak for swaps + sick days
• Newsletters — weekly send to audience
• Stripe Dashboard — confirm payouts landed

• Payroll — close the period, export to your payroll provider
• Transactions — month-end reconciliation
• Sales Tax — file in registered jurisdictions
• Designer — refresh hero, swap photos, publish a blog post (or let AI do it)

• Business Information — set up once during onboarding
• Hours & Operations — only when hours change
• Payments / Tax — set up once, occasionally adjust
• Schedule Template — when team composition or hours change
• Email Templates — customize once, adjust occasionally
• Policies / Waivers — set up once, refresh annually

Hit Cmd/Ctrl + K from anywhere in the admin to open global search. Find any page, any booking, any customer, any setting by name. Faster than navigating via the sidebar once you know what you want.

Most pages have a right rail with context-specific content. On the dashboard it’s the "What’s next" rail (Getting Started checklist + upcoming bookings). On other pages it shows totals, summaries, or quick actions.

Click the chevron to collapse it down to a thin column if you need more horizontal space.
