Booking Policies — Configurable reschedule, cancellation, and refund tier settings. Set cutoff hours, max reschedules, and tiered refund percentages based on how far in advance a customer cancels.
AI Assistant — Built-in AI content assistant powered by OpenRouter. Generate page content, rewrite experience descriptions, customize themes, and modify settings using natural language.
Kiosk Mode — Self-service check-in for tablets. PIN-protected, supports walk-up booking lookup by confirmation code, name, or email. Includes on-screen waiver signing.
Time Clock and Timesheets — Staff can clock in/out with break and lunch tracking. Weekly timesheet view with CSV export for payroll.
Experience Add-Ons — Optional upgrades customers can add during checkout (photo packages, extra time, VIP upgrades). Configured per experience with custom pricing.
Sales Tax via Stripe Tax — Automatic sales tax calculation and collection at checkout. Configure tax registrations by state with real-time rate calculation.

Customer CSV Import/Export — Bulk import customers from CSV or TSV files with column mapping and duplicate handling. Export your customer list with all custom fields.
Custom Columns — Add custom text, dropdown, and checkbox fields to your customer table. Reorder and show/hide columns. Custom fields are available as mapping targets during CSV import.
Staff Role Permissions— Granular tab-level permissions for Manager and Staff roles. Owners can customize what each role can access in Admin > Staff and Permissions.
Abandoned Cart Recovery — Automated recovery emails sent to customers who start a booking but do not complete checkout. Configurable timing and email template.
Automated Email System — Full suite of automated emails: booking confirmations, 24-hour and 2-hour reminders, follow-ups, review requests, waiver reminders, gift card delivery, and welcome emails.
Google Reviews Integration — Display your Google Reviews on your booking site via the Google Places API. Automated review request emails sent 48 hours after each experience.
