Per-person, flat-rate, weekend pricing, private upgrades, group pricing, and add-ons.

With per-person pricing, each participant pays the base price for the experience. The total charge is calculated by multiplying the per-person rate by the number of guests in the group.
For example, if an axe throwing session is priced at $35 per person and a group of 4 books, the total before tax is $140.
Flat-rate pricing charges one fixed price for the entire group, regardless of how many people attend. This is ideal for private events, party bookings, or experiences where the cost is the same whether 2 or 10 people show up.
For example, a private escape room session might be priced at $200 flat rate for groups of up to 8 people.
Weekend pricing lets you set a different price for Saturday and Sunday bookings. When enabled, the system automatically applies the weekend rate for any timeslot that falls on a Saturday or Sunday, and uses the standard rate for weekdays.
This is optional and configured per experience. If not enabled, the same price applies every day of the week.
Private session pricing gives customers the option to book exclusive use of the experience. When a customer selects the private option during booking, they pay the private session rate instead of the standard per-person or flat-rate price.
This is useful for businesses that want to offer both shared and exclusive booking options. A shared axe throwing lane might be $35 per person, while a private lane could be $250 for the group.
Group pricing enables tiered pricing based on the size of the group. You define price tiers with minimum and maximum participant counts, and the system automatically applies the correct per-person rate based on how many guests are in the booking.
For example, you could set up tiers like:
Group pricing encourages larger bookings by offering volume discounts. The tier is applied automatically during checkout based on the guest count.
Add-ons are optional extras that customers can select during the checkout process. They allow you to upsell additional products or services alongside the core experience. Add-ons are configured per experience and presented as optional selections before the customer completes payment.
Common examples of add-ons include:
Each add-on has a name, price, and optional description. Add-ons can be priced as a flat fee or per person. They are included in the booking total and processed through Stripe along with the base experience price.
