How it actually works
Affiliates are not passive link droppers. They learn the product, qualify customers, help onboard them, and stay close enough to spot support issues.
Find experience businesses with real booking volume and a clear need.
Each location or tenant can be tracked separately for attribution.
Complete training, sandbox setup, and help customers through onboarding.
See tickets for managed clients and escalate product issues to BookingXI.

Responsibilities
Every customer has one primary affiliate. If they were signed by a recruit, the recruiter is the customer’s backup point of contact — so the customer always has a real human who knows them, plus a fallback when their primary is offline or stuck.
Customer support escalation
Primary affiliate
The person who signed the customer. Owns onboarding, day-to-day questions, and the relationship.
Recruiter (backup)
If the primary is a recruit, their recruiter is the second contact. Mentor, second opinion, designer escalation.
BookingXI
Platform bugs, billing, edge cases the chain can’t resolve. Last stop, not first.
What everyone signs up for, regardless of customer count.

Why mentoring is in the job:recruiter commission isn’t a finder’s fee. It’s an ongoing share, paid for as long as the recruit is active and producing — so the program expects you to keep that recruit successful. If a recruit stalls and you don’t step in, BookingXI may reassign their customers.
