If you're still ramping below $100k/yr, you pay $499/mo with no BookingXi platform percentage. Once your business does $100k+/year in sales (about $8,500/month average), the monthly fee drops to $0/mo and the BookingXi platform fee starts at 5%. On Scale, you can configure checkout to pass the BookingXi platform fee to the customer, so the platform fee does not have to come out of your company revenue. Stripe processing is separate on both tiers.
Gross sales processed through BookingXi over a rolling 12-month window. Once your trailing-12-month gross hits $100k, the monthly fee drops automatically — you don't have to ask. If sales fall back below the threshold, the monthly fee comes back at the next billing cycle.

Yes. On the Scale tier, BookingXi can be configured so the customer pays the BookingXi platform fee at checkout. When fee pass-through is enabled, the 5% BookingXi fee is charged to the customer instead of reducing your company's revenue. Volume discounts still apply as you reach $50k/mo and $100k/mo in sales.
Yes. Once you're on the Scale tier, the BookingXi platform fee starts at 5%, drops to 4.5% once you process $50k/month in sales, and drops to 4% once you process $100k/month in sales.
